Position Summary

We are currently seeking a **Luxury Retail Security Supervisor** to lead on-site security operations at an upscale retail destination in Huntington Station, NY. This role is ideal for a seasoned retail security professional looking to take the next step into leadership while working in a polished, customer-focused environment.

As a working supervisor, you will oversee daily security operations while serving as a trusted liaison to high-end retail tenants. You will set the tone for professionalism, service, and safety on property.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts

+ Act as the main point of contact for luxury retail tenants

+ Maintain a strong, visible presence on the sales floor and common areas

+ Address incidents, emergencies, and tenant concerns calmly and professionally

+ Ensure post orders and company standards are consistently followed

+ Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation

+ Deliver “white-glove” customer service aligned with luxury-brand expectations

What We’re Looking For

+ **Minimum 1 year of retail security experience (required)**

+ Previous lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred

+ Strong communication and customer-service skills

+ Professional appearance and confident demeanor

+ Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-traffic environments

+ Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

+ Valid NYS Security Guard License (as required by assignment)
