What You'll Be Doing
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
+ Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
+ Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance
+ Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and optimize operations
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
What Are We Looking For
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and components
+ Strong understanding of safety practices and preventive maintenance procedures
+ Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
+ Physical ability to perform maintenance in varying conditions
+ Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
