    This position will be required to support BayCare in the Winter Haven area

    Responsibilities:

    + Provides input into the designs and support networks in our large health care environment.

    + As part of a team of network engineers, you are responsible for all network support and standards implemented across the BayCare system.

    + Also responsible for planning, assisting with designing, and implementing new WAN and LAN technology within the local and wide area infrastructure for all data, voice and network services.

    + Performs all duties in a manner that promotes BayCare's mission, values, and philosophy. Serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Required - 4 years - Network; Or - 8 years - Relevant experience with High School or equivalent.

    + **Preferred skills of Cisco Switching technology**

    + **Preferred experiences include:** Enterprise DNS / DHCP / IP Address Management systems, real-time applications (VoIP, Video, etc.), wireless network design and support, knowledge of Internet, routers, and switches.
