Job Description:

Operating under general supervision, this role collaborates closely with the analytics team to **extract, aggregate, and analyze data from centralized databases** using **SAP SAC and Excel.**

Responsibilities:

+ **Designing and generating reports** based on defined parameters, ensuring high standards through rigorous quality checks—including **validating both personally authored and peer reports** .

+ The position provides robust client support by developing interactive **data analysis tools and advanced statistical interpretations** to enable informed decision-making.

+ Emphasis is placed on continuous process improvement, integrating standardized and **ad hoc reporting** workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize workload.

+ **Data validity and consistency are maintained** through thorough cross-functional verification, supporting both regulatory alignment and internal monitoring.

+ Additional duties involve **educating stakeholders** about the **complexities of complaint and sales distribution data, executing sophisticated database queries** to fulfill global safety information requests, and **preparing regulatory and post-market reports** with limited supervision.

+ Effective **cross-departmental collaboration and strategic deadline negotiation** ensure the timely delivery of **urgent and non-urgent reporting** needs, optimizing both customer satisfaction and organizational performance.
