As a Supervisor IT, you will oversee a team responsible for operational reporting as well as the development, definition, and maintenance of information systems, while maintaining hands-on oversight of key technology processes and tools. In this role, you will supervise the department's technical and administrative functions, serve as a technical resource for team members, and collaborate across the organization to support enterprise goals. You will also ensure the implementation of initiatives aligned with both clinical and non-clinical operational needs.

A caregiver in this position works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m and in the states of Ohio, Florida or Nevada.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

+ Supervise a team of IT professionals and oversee the technical and administrative functions of the IT Department.

+ Maintain hands-on responsibility for technology processes, tools and system performance.

+ Serve as a technical resource and mentor to team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

+ Develop and maintain effective, high-performing teams through coaching, performance reviews and engagement initiatives.

+ Maintain appropriate staffing levels, approve and schedule paid time off and leave requests and ensure workload balance.

+ Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals and implement initiatives that support both clinical and non-clinical units.

+ Assist the Director or Manager in operational and strategic planning for the IT Department, including fostering innovation, planning projects and allocating resources.

+ Benchmark, analyze and report on IT infrastructure and systems, making recommendations for improvement and growth.

+ Supervise the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ _*Additional progressively responsible work experience in IT or related field/industry may offset degree requirement.*_

+ Four to six years of strong technical knowledge of common network, server and/or PC operating systems

+ Extensive application support experience with core enterprise/divisional clinical and/or business applications

+ Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills

+ Understanding of human resource management principles, practices and procedures

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Advanced knowledge of project management practices

+ Technical certifications in Customer Relationship Management, Computer Maintenance, Project Management, Information Security, Networking, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications and/or application support domains

+ Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development

+ Strong Epic reporting expertise, including the ability to write Clarity reports and work with Epic data sets

+ Skilled in SQL (including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle SQL Developer), Clarity data sets, Tableau (dashboard creation) and SAS Enterprise Guide

+ Epic Certification: can be obtained after hire

+ Knowledge of Clarity report writing

+ Experience in the Revenue Cycle

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $84,200.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $128,412.50

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
