+ This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division.
+ Responsible for both traditional and cloud based infrastructure implementations based on designs from infrastructure architects
What you'll do
+ Support our Azure and on-prem infrastructure along with COTS applications.
+ Maintain Azure environment using GitActions by way of Terraform
+ Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
+ Maintains and enhances existing code and stored procedures, applications, and platforms using domain driven design and test-driven development
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate and resolve network infrastructure or application issues
+ Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
+ Plan and execute configuration change operations both at the application and the infrastructure level.
+ Improving DevOps practices and accelerating delivery and take a lead role in troubleshooting technical issues and recommending changes to improve resiliency.
+ Travels, as required
+ Mandatory rotational schedule for on-call off-hours support
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
+ 3 years of experience as a network or infrastructure engineer or administrator
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
+ 5+ years of experience as a network or infrastructure engineer or administrator
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Advanced ability to plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible, scalable solutions
+ In-depth knowledge of IT business operations, systems requirements, and processes
+ Proficiency and demonstrated experience in the following technologies:
+ Experienced in technology transformations and migration to one or more Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or OCP
+ Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) tools and platforms, and containers and container orchestration platforms (aka Docker & Kubernetes)
+ Expertise in managing and troubleshooting issues related to Windows VM’s and or OS
+ Some knowledge in one or more cloud native relational databases such as MySql, PostgreSql and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and MongoDB and databases and migration to/from enterprise class databases highly desired
+ Strong technical knowledge and skills that are broad and deep, covering various hardware, software, and technology platforms.

+ Proficiency in Agile project management methodology, specifically within infrastructure area
