**Description:** • Performs according to schedule and manufacturers' specification, such typical operations as oiling and greasing machines and mechanical equipment; cleaning areas to be serviced before oiling, wiping off excess oil and grease, draining, cleaning, and replenishing oil reservoirs, grease cups and coolant pumps; cleaning and wiping machinery\. Checks for excessive wear in pulleys, bearings and/or shafts, worn belts, etc\. Replace oil filter elements and maintains lubricating records and charts\.

• Complete repairs and modifications to general facility: building plumbing, doors, windows, & flooring/interior finishes

• Perform assignments outside of scope of work when required\. \(janitorial, waste collection, etc\.\)

• Complete work order logs and update CMMS

• Perform troubleshooting to locate and determine cause of equipment malfunctions

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with working in one or more building trades \(plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry\)\.

• Experience with machine maintenance & proficiency with electrical, mechanical, and control system troubleshooting while completing periodic maintenance & annual equipment inspections\.

• Experience with reading blueprints and interpreting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams, schematics, drawings, performance specifications, and operating requirements of industrial manufacturing equipment to include; HVAC, PLC, CNC, mechanical and/or electromechanical control systems technical documentation\.

• Experience with operating equipment \(aerial work platforms, forklift, ladders, etc\.\)

Desired Skills:

• 5 years of trade school or equivalent with certification\(s\)

• 2 years hands\-on experience with HVAC systems

• EPA 608 CFC Universal Certification

• Familiarity with Building Management Systems and computerized alarm systems

• Prior experience with machine maintenance not limited to:

Operating various machines through cycles to check mechanical, electronic and/or electromechanical systems

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
