    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    The Cardiac Rehab Lead coordinates the total nursing care for cardiac rehab patients and department needs.

    Essential Functions

    Scheduling, timecards, budgeting, ordering of supplies

     

    Maintains regulatory requirements

     

    Responsible for Quality initiatives & safety

     

    Observe, monitor, and evaluate cardiac function.

     

    Provide education to the patient and their family

    Job Requirements

    Nursing Degree

     

    Registered Nurse in MN

    BLS-CPR

    ACLS

    Ability to work independently.

     

    Time management skills

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    Preferred

     

    Experience in Cardiac Rehab

    Pay Range

    $30.91 - $45.98 /hour
