    **onsemi** is seeking an experienced and driven Product Line Manager to lead the Silicon Carbide (SiC) Bare Die Product Line within the SiC Power Division. This role focuses on developing wafer products (bare dice) for traction inverter applications in electric vehicles (EVs) and other high-power systems (100–400 kW).

     

    The Product Line Manager will oversee product strategy, cross-functional execution, and key customer relationships with major Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of industry-leading SiC solutions while driving business growth and maintaining market leadership. Additionally, you will report to the Sr. Director business unit and lead a small team of high-performance professionals that interact with leaders and executives across the enterprise.
