Job Summary
The Regional Director of Human Resources provides HR leadership across multiple facilities, partnering with regional and facility leadership to support employee relations, compliance, hiring, and workforce stability.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as an HR partner to regional and facility leadership
+ Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
+ Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and turnover reduction efforts
+ Coach facility leaders and HR staff on HR best practices
+ Track and report HR metrics including turnover and staffing trends
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
+ 7+ years of HR experience, including multi-site or regional support
+ Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
+ Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
Travel Requirement
+ Up to 50–75% regional travel
This position may require additional responsibilities based on business needs.
