As a **Security Officer - Logistics Screener** in **Spring, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do:

+ Conduct screening of individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific procedures.

+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with inquiries and directions as needed.

+ Carry out security-related procedures and protocols as outlined by Allied Universal and the site-specific policies.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate personnel when necessary.

+ Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity or irregularities.

+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, observations, and any security-related incidents encountered during the shift.

+ Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
