What You'll Do:

+ Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Manage access control by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location, and/or issuing visitor badges as required.

+ Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in accordance with established protocols.

+ Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders.

+ Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

+ Communicate professionally with all individuals at the location, providing information and assistance as needed while upholding security-related standards.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
