    As Digital Asset Manager for the Amazon MGM Studios Global Marketing, Creative Services team, you'll champion best-practices, tools, standards, and processes required for operational excellence and a growing slate of content. You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing assets and Value Added Material (VAM) for Amazon MGM Studios' global slate, with specialized focus on intake and management of assets from licensing partners. You are a customer-centric expert in asset management with a passion for large-scale management of A/V, Print, Digital, and other assets across the asset lifecycle.

     

    You'll work closely with Global marketing teams, Content Security, Creatives, Producers, Campaign Managers, Launch Managers, and external agencies, with deep immersion into day to day operations. You should be comfortable diving deep into details, and thinking big about ways to scale, streamline, and continuously improve processes, asset libraries, and customer experiences. You are an excellent multi-tasker who will manage projects with multiple deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across teams and key global stakeholders. As a credible voice for excellence in Asset Management, you are a leader, a collaborator, and a great communicator.

    Key job responsibilities

    * Managing assets for complex campaigns across multiple genres and content types

    * Leading intake, review, and distribution of assets from licensing partners

    * Sourcing 3P assets for licensed titles

    * Onboarding agencies to use Amazon MGM Studios Marketing standards and tools

    * Supporting secure asset access for campaign teams and leadership

    * Delivery of VAM assets and supporting processes to prepare for content launch on Prime Video

    * Managing internal user account creation and permissions, and performing routine user audits to ensure all users follow internal compliance measures

    * Training and onboarding new users to the DAM system and assisting with questions from existing users

    * Training Marketing partners on Asset Management best practices

    * Developing and updating program documentation and SOPs

    * Staying up-to-date on content security standards for sharing and tiering categorizations

    * Tracking delivery schedules and working backwards from launch dates to ensure on-time delivery

    * Developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting and tracking mechanisms

    Basic Qualifications

    - Experience with high-volume, high-velocity, large-scale file management (workflow orchestration, file-movement, permission management, etc.)

     

    - 3+ years of creative services, delivery, trafficking, or post-production management experience working at a television network, streaming service, or studio

     

    - Thorough understanding of the digital supply chain and workflow within a marketing, production, or creative services context

     

    - Experience organizing large amounts of files, high-resolution file transmissions, file naming conventions, and database reporting

     

    - Working knowledge of video, audio, and image file and encoding formats and industry best practices

     

    - Superior verbal and written communication skills

     

    - Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines

     

    - Working knowledge of metadata creation, management, and remediation best practices

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns

     

    - 5+ years experience trafficking and delivering video and image files via digital supply chain

     

    - 3+ years experience working with an enterprise-level DAM/MAM system

     

    - Experience administering DAMs with an emphasis on managing creative marketing assets within advertising and entertainment marketing

     

    - Experience managing intake and delivery of assets from licensing partners or external vendors

     

    - Undergraduate degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Media Production (or equivalent experience in DAM/MAM operations or admin role)

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
