Job Summary
The Pile Driver Laborer assists the pile driving crew in the installation of various types of piles for foundation support. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of pile driving equipment.
* Handle and position pile materials, including timber, concrete, and steel piles.
* Operate hand and power tools as directed by supervisors.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area, including clearing debris and ensuring proper storage of tools and materials.
* Perform flagging duties to direct traffic and equipment as needed.
* Assist with the tying off and unhooking of piles from the crane.
* Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
* Communicate effectively with the pile driving crew and supervisors.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Perform other labor-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
* Previous experience in construction or a heavy industrial environment preferred, but not required.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
* Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as project demands.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
* Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
