    LOCATION OF POSITION: Fairport NY 14450;Technology Services - 11 Linden Park

     

    TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 Month Position - Full Time

     

    STARTING DATE: As Soon As Possible

     

    SALARY RANGE:$40.86 - $47.36 per hour

     

    *Actual salary is dependent upon education, experience and contract.

    DUTIES:

    1. Maintain and update skills with Azure, Power BI, Access, Excel, SQL and all relevant software.

    2. Utilize expertise in productivity suite and CRM toolsets to design, plan, implement, and test cross-organizational workflow and productivity solutions.

    3. Identify and develop workflow maps across multiple organizations and roles consistent with application design principles.

    4. Work with school districts in all phases of report design to identify any potential problems.

    5. Provide assistance to school district staff to gather data by investigative research to ensure accurate data is used in report creation.

    6. Application development and customization based on customer requests.

    7. Interface directly with all functional work groups in the Regional Information Center to meet organizational and partner district needs.

    8. Analyze business procedures and problems across multiple workgroups for data flow and work flow mapping.

    9. Attend trainings and meetings in all system areas.

    10. Have a thorough understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Controls.

    11. Act as liaison between customers, vendors, and organizational participants to facilitate tool development, enhancements, and reporting needs.

    12. Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Civil Service eligibility asSenior Systems Programmer: EITHER:

     

    (A) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma, plus four (4) years paid full time or its part time experience in computer operators’ activities two (2) years of which shall have been in programming, or, in operating systems software development; OR,

     

    (B) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college with an associate degree in Computer Science or related field, plus two (2) years paid full time or its part time equivalent experience in programming or in operating systems software development; OR,

     

    (C) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of paid full time or its part time equivalent experience in computer operations activities, two (2) years of which shall have been in programming or in operating systems software development, OR;

     

    (D) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B), and (C) above.

     

    2. Experience or knowledge in Office 365 and Account Manager required.

    3. Knowledge of WinCap, Finance Manager, Munis, Infinite Campus, and School Tool preferred.

    4. Understanding of Ed Law2d as it relates data privacy.

    5. Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
