**Summary** Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Performed all assigned manual labor tasks efficiently and safely
+ Maintained a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Read and accurately used a tape measure
+ Read and interpreted blueprints, layouts, and work orders
+ Communicated effectively with coworkers and supervisors
+ Operated hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
+ Built angle walls, shear walls, end walls, sidewalls, and interior walls according to layout specifications
+ Installed and secured sidewalls and end walls; strapped walls to floors and marked pier locations
+ Covered interior and exterior walls; routed and cut openings and wall materials
+ Insulated walls, applied adhesive, and completed layout work prior to wall covering
+ Constructed porch components including headers, posts, and rails
+ Built specialty structures such as snack bar islands and shipping walls
+ Assisted with start-of-line operations, including preparing cut lists for the department
+ Performed ongoing production-line repairs to maintain workflow efficiency
+ Assisted all departments as needed to support overall production goals

Qualifications
+ Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
