    Shifts Available: 1st or 2nd shift

     

    6AM-2:30PM or 2:30PM-1:00AM $21-24/hr

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Soldering Assembler where you will have the opportunity to work in one of three dynamic assembly departments. We offer multiple openings across 1st and 2nd shifts. Whether you have a experience in electronics, medical assembly, or gear motor assembly, there is a place for you here.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform assembly of mechanical brakes, gear motors, and drives.

    + Work with hand and power tools to complete sub-assembly and mechanical assembly tasks.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.

    + Maintain attention to detail while assembling multiple products in a day.

    + Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing gloves to handle oils and adhesives.

    Essential Skills

    + No jumpy resume - Prefer to see long job tenure

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + 2+ years of soldering experience

    + Ability to work independently and maintain focus on tasks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
