Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate** **Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate. This role operates during the 1st shift from 6:30am to 3pm and offers a competitive hourly wage. The primary responsibilities include unloading and loading trucks using a stand-up hi-lo, as well as scanning and stocking products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, particularly in manual inventory tasks, and offers training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

+ Unload trucks and load them for shipment using a stand-up hi-lo.

+ Scan products/parts into the facility and stock shelves and racks.

+ Handle products shipped in corrugated boxes, transferring them to metal racks using a stand-up hi-lo.

+ Conduct manual inventory tasks, recording product numbers and SKUs for billing purposes.

+ Perform shipping tasks based on paperwork.

Essential Skills

+ 3 years of hi-lo experience, with at least 2 years on a stand-up hi-lo.

+ Minimum 6 months of experience in shipping and receiving.

+ Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.

+ Detail-oriented with experience in manual inventory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
