Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Spanish/Bilingual Janitorial Specialist to maintain cleanliness and organization at a prominent manufacturing plant. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform janitorial duties and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.

+ Dust and damp mop floors using approved methods.

+ Move equipment and furniture for thorough cleaning and return them to their correct placement.

+ Clean assigned areas with designated materials and equipment.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months of recent janitorial experience.

+ Basic cleaning skills for bathrooms, manufacturing floors, and common areas.

+ Valid driver's license.

+ Ability to perform general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ No formal education required.

Work Environment

The position is based at a manufacturing plant in Fremont, with shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm. The schedule varies, including options for Wed-Sat, Fri-Tue, Sat-Wed, and Thur-Mon. Candidates must be capable of heavy lifting and will work under the supervision of a site team manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
