    **Job Title:** Compression Operator

    **Shift:** 1st, 2nd

    **Pay:** ($18-$23 per hour)

    Description

    Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in compliance with cGMP standards.

     

    Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and accurate production processes.

     

    Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

     

    Perform routine checks and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

     

    Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve operational issues.

     

    Assist in troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    Familiarity with cGMP regulations and SOP compliance.

     

    Experience in a manufacturing or production setting, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

     

    Ability to wear and work with PPE for extended periods.

     

    Prior experience operating compression machines is a plus; however, pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

     

    Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication and documentation.

    The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
