Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
Join our team as a Plant Maintenance Electrician/Mechanic, where you'll be responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets. This role ensures the seamless operation of machinery and equipment in various capacities, including electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic by completing both planned and unplanned maintenance requirements on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair all property and production assets.
+ Ensure continuous operation of machinery and equipment in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic capacities.
+ Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment as well as utility systems.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on various systems.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in electrical maintenance, including conduit work, troubleshooting, and blueprint/schematic reading.
+ Experience with industrial PLC troubleshooting, specifically Allen Bradley PLC's, and ladder logic.
+ Proficiency in dealing with 240 and 480 volt industrial systems.
+ Ability to work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
+ Capability to troubleshoot fillers and conveyors using photo eye and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC, and/or HVAC.
+ Skills in lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment.
+ Ability to bend conduit and perform welding tasks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rockford, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66580.00 - $70117.00/yr.
