    CNC Machinist

     

    Pay:** **$32 / HR

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Machining 3 axis large parts for the material handling attachment industry.

    + Using G&M codes to edit set-Ups, feeds, speeds.

    + Loading tooling and fixtures according to job instructions.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience moving large parts with jib cranes

    + Experience setting up and proving out 3 axis parts on CNC mills

    Work Environment & Shift:

    + Very clean work stations, everything has rising platforms on it and jib cranes to move the parts.

    + When machines are running, they will be expected to do some assembly or help out in other area of production.

    + Dedicated fixture program, they have their own tools, tool crib. Will not have support of programmers on swing to help prove out issues. Need to be self-sufficient.

    + Start on days then move to swing, they will move to swing when they can fully run the machine on their own, there is no programming support on Swing shift.

    + Day Shift Hours: 5:30am - 4:30pm, Mon to Thurs

    + Swing Shift Hours: 4:00pm - 2:30am, Mon to Thurs

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

     

    Incentive plan for up to 20% of base salary, paid monthly depending on production goals attainment
