Job Title: Wire Harness Technician
Job Description
As a Wire Harness Technician, you will be responsible for building custom harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires based on wire diagrams. You will work on wire harness assembly and wiring schematics, ensuring manufacturing verification and interpreting drawings accurately.
Responsibilities
+ Build custom harnesses including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams.
+ Assemble wire harnesses and interpret wiring schematics.
+ Perform manufacturing verification and ensure the safety of the test box before transferring to the next department.
+ Use various fasteners and fastening tools while working with Military Circular connectors.
+ Work with control panels and PCBAs as part of the assembly process.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of experience as a Wire Harness Technician or Master Technician.
+ Proficiency in wire harness assembly, wiring, soldering, crimping, and terminating.
+ Ability to interpret wiring schematics and diagrams accurately.
+ Experience with test fixture build and harness build.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Molex wire harness is advantageous but not required.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.

This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
