    TIG Welder / Fabricator

    This role is ideal for an experienced TIG welder who’s comfortable working with smaller, precision parts, enjoys a repeatable yet high‑quality process, and wants their skills respected and put to work every day.

    What You’ll Do

    + Set up and operate TIG welding equipment with precision—managing purging, current and voltage settings, and selecting the correct filler rods.

    + Set up and efficiently operate orbital welding equipment.

    + Read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to produce consistent, high‑quality welds.

    + Weld, fabricate, and inspect stainless steel and aluminum components.

    + Handle parts of varying sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs).

    + Support team objectives through miscellaneous shop tasks and participation in continuous quality improvement efforts focused on customer satisfaction.

    + (Bonus) Assist with CNC drill machine operations as needed.

    What You Bring

    + 4+ years of hands‑on TIG welding experience.

    + 2+ years welding stainless steel and aluminum.

    + 2+ years reading and interpreting welding blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude with confidence using hand tools and supporting machine builds.

    + Proven experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection.

    + A detail‑oriented mindset and pride in producing clean, consistent welds.

    Nice to Have (Not Required)

    + ASME Certification plus 5+ years of related welding experience.

    + Advanced experience in fabrication, fitting, and complex blueprint interpretation.

    + Deep expertise in aluminum welding and custom fabrication.

    + Experience working with CNC drill machines.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beloit, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

    subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
