    Job Title: CNC Setup Technician** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking skilled CNC Setup Technicians capable of performing machine changeovers, loading machines, monitoring multiple machines simultaneously, and producing high-quality parts.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform machine changeovers efficiently to optimize production time.

    + Load and monitor 3-4 CNC machines at a time to ensure smooth operation.

    + Produce quality parts according to specifications.

    + Design and machine parts using manual, lathe, or CNC equipment.

    + Program at the machine using G&M code for CNC lathe and machining.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with CNC, lathe, and mill operations.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Proficiency in programming with G&M code.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with 1-3 part orders for custom work is a plus.
