Job Title: Painter

Job Description

As an Industrial Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and appearance of our products. You will be responsible for preparing and painting various parts, ensuring that they meet our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Hang and handle products safely using a variety of hooks and carts for the painting process.

+ Clean and prepare part surfaces according to specifications.

+ Inspect parts prior to painting for necessary repairs, sanding, or bodywork.

+ Mask parts and plug holes to prevent overspray and maintain tight tolerances.

+ Mix paint, catalyst, reducers, and additives according to specifications.

+ Adjust paint and process parameters based on atmospheric conditions to achieve the desired quality finish.

+ Perform paint touchups on completed assemblies.

+ Inspect parts for defects and conduct repairs or repainting if required.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tools, including painting and mixing equipment, booths, and filtration.

+ Manage time effectively to ensure on-time project delivery and complete labor reports accurately.

+ Adhere to safety standards and procedures, including the use of designated Personal Protective Equipment.

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Beaver Dam, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
