Job Title: General Laborer / Doormaker

Description

The Shop position plays a key role in the production process, supporting the assembly and preparation of high‑quality door panels. This role involves hands‑on work such as measuring, assembly, installing doors onto panels, and assisting with packaging and palletizing for shipment. Team members use measuring tapes, hand and power tools, and carpentry equipment while following written instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to build practical skills in a manufacturing environment. The position offers **cross‑training across multiple tasks and departments** , making you an essential part of a collaborative team that supports overall production goals. The ability to lift materials periodically throughout the day is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
