    BRECOflex is seeking a high-potential Electro-Mechanical Lead to join our Maintenance team. This role is ideal for an experienced electro-mechanical professional who enjoys working hands-on with industrial equipment and is ready to grow into a leadership role. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while developing the skills needed to advance into supervision or management within the next 2–3 years.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and planned work

    + Lead and support maintenance technicians, setting expectations for safety, quality, and performance

    + Manage preventive maintenance activities using a CMMS

    + Troubleshoot industrial equipment quickly and independently to minimize downtime

    + Promote a strong safety culture, EHS compliance, and proactive concern-raising

    + Ensure the maintenance team has the tools, materials, and support needed for daily operations

    + Track and manage maintenance KPIs aligned with department and company goals

    + Coach, influence, and develop team members to deliver against business objectives

    What You Bring

    + Education: Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supervision)

    + 3–5 years in a manufacturing or production environment

    + Solid understanding of engineering concepts and maintenance repair methods

    + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

    + Leadership experience (work, military, or academic)

    + Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + High emotional intelligence (EQ) and team-oriented mindset

    Preferred

    + Lean Manufacturing and/or ISO 9001 experience

    + Background in industrial, packaging, or drive-component manufacturing

    + Project management experience

    + Experience with data analysis or basic programming

    Work Environment

    + Ability to lift up to 50lbs

    + Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination

    + Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

    Compensation and Benefits

    + Salary Range: $33/hr –$36/hr (based on experience)
