    Job Title: Carpenter

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled and entry level carpenters to perform basic drywall and carpentry work, including taping, skiff room tasks, and proficient use of chop saws for cutting and measuring. Successful candidates will be part of a team led by a foreman, working on projects in Hudson, NH. This role will involve metal framing and will require your own basic hand tools. The position will pay $22 - $27 an hour.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform basic drywall and carpentry tasks.

    + Engage in taping and skiff room activities.

    + Operate chop saws and effectively cut and measure materials.

    + Work collaboratively with a team under the guidance of a foreman.

    + Adhere to high safety standards and report to the job site by 6am.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ year of construction experience.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + OSHA 10 certification.

    + Reliable transportation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in framing, production, and installation work.

    + Capability to use a tape measure accurately.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced commercial construction project alongside a large crew. The work environment is focused on high safety expectations, starting from 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. Employees are expected to wear appropriate work boots, and while PPE is provided, having your own hard hat and safety glasses is advantageous.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashua, NH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
