    We are seeking a dedicated Propulsion Engineer to design and develop propulsion systems for fluid transfer. This role involves fluid system development, managing a team, and ensuring the design and testing of propulsion system requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and develop propulsion systems for fluid transfer.

    + Lead fluid system development projects.

    + Manage a team of 3 engineers, including 2 propulsion engineers and 1 thermal engineer.

    + Design propulsion system requirements.

    + Conduct testing and analysis of propulsion systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in propulsion engineering.

    + Knowledge of aerospace industry standards.

    + Proficiency in testing methodologies.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Aerospace experience is required.

    The work environment is a blend of office and manufacturing settings. The company operates on a hybrid schedule with three days on-site and two days remote.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
