Job Description
The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction of new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers throughout the United States. This role requires effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
+ Manage the entire construction process, from the design phase through implementation and operation.
+ Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts.
+ Coordinate site development and project coordination efforts.
+ Communicate project requirements to diverse audiences.
+ Review and manage contracts and RFIs.
+ Ensure all projects meet design and operational specifications.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
+ 7+ years of project management experience.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience in at least two construction industry disciplines such as General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, or Commercial Development.
+ Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar).
+ Experience in facilities management or similar roles.
+ Success in program management of concurrent projects.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote with the requirement of 20% travel. The company offers enhanced benefits, including 10 days of paid time off, 7 holidays, and sick time as per state laws. There is no tenure limit for the benefits offered.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr.
