Are you an experienced construction professional looking to lead impactful projects across the U.S.? Join our team as a Pre-Construction Manager and play a key role in building and expanding state-of-the-art Fulfillment Centers nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects from concept to completion while collaborating with top-tier stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead the entire construction process—from design through implementation and operation.
+ Negotiate contracts for construction, procurement, and labor.
+ Coordinate site development and ensure seamless project execution.
+ Communicate project requirements clearly to diverse audiences.
+ Review and manage contracts, RFIs, and related documentation.
+ Ensure all projects meet design standards and operational specifications.
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
+ 7+ years of project management experience.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling tools (Primavera or MS Project).
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
+ Experience in at least two construction disciplines (e.g., General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development).
+ PMP® or equivalent Project Management certification.
+ Experience in facilities management or similar roles.
+ Proven success managing multiple projects concurrently.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr.
