    Job Title: Project AdministratorJob Description

     

    Seeking a Project Administrator responsible for supporting Superintendents, Project Managers, and the Branch Manager. The role involves tracking employee safety trainings, timekeeping, general clerical duties, job tracking, scheduling, and communication with field crews. Previous experience in a construction or Oil & Gas setting is a plus. The candidate will maintain files, act as a liaison between corporate office and vendors, and perform phone response, POs, and equipment reports tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Review SOPs for dispatch and onboarding.

    + Gain proficiency in Echart, DISA, OSCA, and client portals.

    + Obtain JHA from safety & add to paperwork.

    + Manage job paperwork & training folders.

    + Add personnel to Eichart.

    + Send job completion emails.

    + Submit mileage reports.

    + Add crew to consortium rosters.

    + Verify client training and background.

    + Submit badge & vehicle forms.

    + Print training records & create folders.

    + Copy TWIC, DL, SS documents.

    + Perform general onboarding tasks including drug background process, fit testing, taking pictures for org chart, issuing ComData card, scheduling Stronghold University, and booking flights.

    Work Environment

     

    The role is primarily based in an office environment but may occasionally require presence in the field for project-related activities.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
