The Server Manufacturing Engineer will lead and optimize server production operations, ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and alignment with global manufacturing standards. Responsibilities include process design, production planning, quality control, equipment management, cost reduction, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

+ Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.

+ Manage production schedules and resource coordination effectively.

+ Implement quality control procedures and analyze production data to ensure high-quality output.

+ Select, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to maintain seamless operations.

+ Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce production costs.

+ Provide technical expertise and resolve production issues to maintain operational efficiency.

+ Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and production personnel to achieve project goals.

+ Utilize engineering knowledge to understand manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

+ Apply analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.

+ Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Manage projects within deadlines and budgets, ensuring successful project execution.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in CAD/CAM, data analysis tools, and relevant software.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.

+ 10+ years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.

+ Proficiency in process design and production planning.

+ Strong experience in quality control and equipment management.

+ Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide technical support.

+ Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.

+ Project management skills to handle deadlines and budgets.

+ Familiarity with CAD/CAM, data analysis tools, and relevant software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Leadership experience in cross-functional and cross-geographical projects.

+ Experience with Linux systems, server hardware, and enterprise fulfillment operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $226300.00/yr.
