    Description

    Project specifics: $135M Mixed use and Multi-family construction project. Going on month 7 of a long-term project in Muskegon,MI. They have 1 SR. Project manager on-site now and another superintendent who deals mainly with the day-to-day and safety, but are in need of this contractor to have capabilities of scheduling and coordinating with Higley employees and Subcontractor coordination.

    Day to Day:

    - Deliver timely results to exceed company goals for profitability, schedule, quality & Safety

     

    -Serves as the primary field contact for owners, project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of project goals.

     

    -Coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control & maintaining client relationship.

     

    -Could exceed 40 hrs per week

     

    -Lead daily/ weekly meetings with foreman & subcontractors to ensure alignment & efficiency

     

    -Establish quality control plans

     

    -Responsible for timely project closeout

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Must Have:

    -4 year degree in the AEC Space or equivalent trade experience

     

    -10+ years of construction experience (Experience with large scale projects $100M+)

     

    -Exceptional Scheduling & coordination skills to align all subcontractors and internal personnel on project deliverables

    Nice to have:

    - Engineering certifications (P.E), OSHA, USGBC, CMMA, ASHE or similar

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskegon, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $73.00/hr.
