What You’ll Do
+ Handle with Care: Set eggs according to customer and management specifications.
+ Keep It Organized: Record dates, flock numbers, and quantities for full traceability.
+ Monitor Success: Maintain optimal temperature and humidity for incubation.
+ Quality Check: Candle eggs and pack orders to meet customer expectations.
+ Support Growth: Select eggs for breeder stock and flock replacement.
+ Stay Compliant: Complete paperwork, update spreadsheets, and follow biosecurity protocols.
+ Maintain Standards: Clean, fumigate, and conduct environmental sampling.
+ Collaborate: Work with a team to keep operations running smoothly.
What Makes You a Great Fit

+ Knowledge of biology, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom protocols.
+ Comfortable using PPE and following strict biosecurity measures.
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 2+ years in a processing or poultry farm environment (or equivalent experience).

+ Saturday–Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
+ Fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on accuracy and safety.

This is a Permanent position based out of Voluntown, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
