    **Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/dominican)** is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OBGYN) to move beyond the traditional clinical experience and help establish a practice rooted in advocacy, clinical excellence, and deep community partnership to join us in Santa Cruz, CA.     New grad physicians and physicians requiring H-1B visa sponsorship are encouraged to apply. Residence in Santa Cruz County NOT required.

    Compensation and Benefits Include:

    + Guaranteed Salary: **_$395,000_** _for a 1.0 FTE_ _+ productivity incentives_

    + Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually

    + Access to Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

    + 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists

    Job Requirements

    + MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

    + Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

    + DEA certification

    + Proficiency in Spanish is preferred

    + Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
