    Position Summary

    The Agile People Solutions Partner will join a talented team to support the highest value priorities and critical projects within BMS and the People Function. These priorities and projects may include, but are not limited to organizational design & execution, talent management, workforce planning, employee experience, process/system improvements, change management and advancing the people strategy. This individual may take on multiple projects from design to execution and provide business client support within a functional area, as needed. Because the work of the Agile People Solutions team supports priorities across the full People Operating Model (HR Business Partner, Center of Expertise and Operations), this role can be a springboard to multiple career paths within the People Function.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead complex projects driving the people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee experience process/system improvements and change management.

    + Collaborate across the People operating model for effective deployment of People strategies and activities.

    + Adapt swiftly to changing business needs by being deployed to critical priorities and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including People colleagues, business leaders, employees, and external partners.

    + Utilize People analytics and insights to inform decision-making, measure the impact of interventions, and continuously improve People processes and practices.

    + Anticipate challenges and opportunities by proactively identifying potential issues, risks, and trends, and developing proactive solutions and strategies to address them before they escalate.

    + Take a leadership role in creating a respectful & inclusive work environment while role-modeling the BMS Values and fostering geographical and cultural diversity.

    + Drive outcomes through a culture of continuous improvement within the People function and across the organization, encouraging feedback, innovation, and learning from successes and failures to enhance processes, policies, and practices.

    Qualifications & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of relevant People/HR experience or relevant business/strategic consulting

    + Self-motivated and agile individual with a proactive mindset, consistently taking initiative and demonstrating strong accountability to drive projects forward and achieve results.

    + **Strategy & Business Acumen: Understand business context, a** nticipate trends, and apply systems thinking and to diagnose problems and enable solutions

    + **Data/People Analytics:** Experience in the use of metrics and analytics in a way that drives business performance. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau.

    + **Business Partnering:** Organizationally savvy and can leverage consulting skills to effectively influence the business

    + **Quick Learner:** Prior success working independently in fast-paced, adaptable, and flexible situations while driving strategic initiatives, delivering results, and resolving issues.

    + **Team Player:** Strong experience building relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating across diverse business backgrounds and cultures. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.

    + **Effective Communicator:** Demonstrates excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with various internal and external stakeholders to engage and influence at all levels.

    + **Critical Thinker:** Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement, challenging the status quo, and thinking outside the box.

    + **Action-oriented:** Pursues tasks with a sense of urgency. Shows accountability by taking ownership of responsibilities and completing them with the highest quality on time.

    + **Program Management:** Agile and resourceful individual with a track record of delivering results through speed, innovation, and simplification of complex processes. Skilled in leveraging available resources to drive tasks and projects forward while effectively managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.

    Compensation Overview:

    Princeton - NJ - US: $166,010 - $201,159

     

    The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

    Work-life benefits include:

    Paid Time Off

    + US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)

    + Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico and Rayzebio Exempt, Non-Exempt, Hourly Employees: 160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays

     

    Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.

     

    All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.

     

    ***Eligibility Disclosure:** T he summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.

    On-site Protocol

     

    BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

     

    Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
