How You’ll Work
+ **Location** : Onsite in La Mirada, CA (16400 Knott Ave, La Mirada, CA 90638)
+ **Travel** : Primarily local Southern California travel, with limited overnight travel including quarterly trips to Iowa.
+ **Compensation** : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $129,00-$175,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
+ **Bonus** : Eligible for performance-based bonus or commission programs, as applicable.

CRST’s Dedicated Solutions business is built on deep customer partnerships, operational consistency, and long-term performance. Our teams operate as an extension of our customers’ supply chains, requiring strong leadership, disciplined execution, and proactive relationship management.
As Director – Dedicated Operations, you’ll provide senior operational leadership across multiple dedicated accounts and regions. You’ll own safety, service execution, and financial performance while partnering closely with customers to ensure programs scale sustainably and deliver on contractual commitments at large-scale, multi-site levels.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead dedicated operations across multiple customers, regions, and sites in large-scale, high-volume environments, ensuring consistent safety, service, and financial outcomes
+ Serve as the senior operational partner for assigned customers, aligning CRST leadership with customer leadership to strengthen long-term relationships
+ Own operational and financial performance across dedicated accounts, including budgets, profitability, and strategic investments with direct accountability for $50M+ P&L
+ Lead and develop senior operations leaders to build strong site leadership, accountability, and succession
+ Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and customer-specific safety and service requirements
+ Monitor operational and financial performance across accounts, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement
+ Partner cross-functionally with sales, safety, maintenance, finance, HR, and planning teams to support account stability and growth
+ Lead operational readiness for new dedicated launches, expansions, and customer transitions
+ Drive long-term operational strategies that improve service consistency, customer satisfaction, and retention
What Great Looks Like
+ Proven success leading large-scale dedicated or contract transportation operations (500+ power unit environments)
+ Strong customer-facing leader comfortable partnering with executive stakeholders
+ Track record of building consistent, repeatable operating models in less-structured or evolving environments
+ Ability to balance contractual service commitments with financial discipline
+ Trusted people leader with demonstrated success developing fleet and senior operations leaders in complex markets such as Southern California
Qualifications
Required
+ Leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-site dedicated trucking operations
+ Demonstrated success leading through multiple layers of senior operations leadership, not limited to front-line or fleet managers
+ Strong understanding of DOT compliance, safety, and service delivery within dedicated trucking environments
+ Experience owning large P&L responsibility ($50M+), including full end-to-end operational accountability
+ Experience operating in organizations with 500+ power units
Preferred
+ Four-year degree or applicable work experience with demonstrated success
+ Experience leading complex, customer-embedded dedicated programs at scale
+ Proven ability to manage executive customer relationships and contract performance
+ Experience launching or scaling dedicated operations
+ Demonstrated change leadership in evolving customer environments
