Description We are looking for a dedicated Scanning Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of document scanning and related tasks. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized office environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents with precision and accuracy.

• Organize and maintain scanned files to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Review documents for quality before and after scanning to meet established standards.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to maintain smooth scanning operations.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information during scanning and storage.

• Track and report scanning activity to supervisors as needed.

• Provide assistance with general office tasks, such as data entry, when required.

• Follow company procedures and guidelines to uphold compliance standards. Requirements • Proven experience in document scanning or related office work.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.

• Familiarity with scanning equipment and software.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in file management.

• Ability to adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
