Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in managing the company's accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records.

• Perform timely and efficient cash application activities to reconcile invoices and payments.

• Handle commercial collections by communicating with clients to resolve outstanding balances.

• Monitor and track cash activity to maintain accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare and manage billing functions, including invoice generation and account adjustments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution of discrepancies and maintain client satisfaction.

• Generate financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounts receivable activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounts receivable function.

• Provide support during audits by compiling necessary documentation and data. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable operations, including cash applications and collections.

• Strong knowledge of billing functions and cash activity tracking.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounts receivable processes.

• Excellent communication skills for handling client interactions and resolving issues.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.

• Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
