Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Fresno, California. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, who is detail-oriented and capable of managing financial data efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Manage invoice processing, ensuring timely and correct payments to vendors.

• Perform routine data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records.

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting purposes.

• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.

• Prepare and maintain financial documentation for audits and reviews.

• Communicate with vendors and clients to address payment inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation.

• Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.
