Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for employees and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality while contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome employees and visitors with professionalism and ensure a friendly atmosphere.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.

• Oversee office supplies inventory, breakroom organization, and workspace tidiness.

• Schedule meeting rooms and provide support for office events and gatherings.

• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and files to ensure accuracy.

• Assist with onboarding tasks, including new employee paperwork, badge issuance, and welcome materials.

• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications efficiently.

• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and forms under supervision.

• Conduct compliance activities such as I-9 verification and file audits.

• Support company initiatives, including events, trainings, and wellness programs. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration or related roles.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee relations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in managing confidential information with discretion.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle receptionist duties with a detail-oriented approach.

• Competence in using office software and HR-related tools.
