Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project management team in Piedmont, South Carolina. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective team collaboration. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for project managers.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and project documentation.
• Create and distribute correspondence, ensuring timely communication within the team.
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to project-related information.
• Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide back-office support to enhance the efficiency of project workflows.
• Monitor and track project progress, updating managers as needed.
• Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for project reviews. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative or back-office support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling and project tracking tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality administrative support.
