Description We are looking for a dedicated Billing Analyst to join a detail-oriented services organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a dynamic work environment with the flexibility to work remotely several days a week. As part of the team, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable processes while contributing to the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including monitoring payments and resolving discrepancies.

• Utilize systems such as Aderant and Costpoint to optimize billing and reporting functions.

• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.

• Export, review, and analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making purposes.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing operations and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all transactions.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation as required.

• Support the organization in achieving its revenue goals through accurate and efficient billing practices. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in billing and accounts receivable processes.

• Proficiency in software systems such as Aderant and Costpoint.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented approach to managing financial records and processes.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Familiarity with exporting and analyzing customer service-related data.
