Description We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual receptionist to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term contract position with potential for ongoing employment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and attentive responses.

• Route calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or individuals.

• Provide support in coordinating schedules and activities within the office.

• Greet visitors and clients, offering excellent customer service and assistance.

• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

• Handle inquiries and requests with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Assist with administrative tasks to support the team’s operations.

• Uphold confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is managed appropriately.

• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline communication and processes. Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Familiarity with basic administrative tools and office equipment.
