Description We are looking for an organized and attentive Office Services Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the efficiency of office services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily mailroom operations, including mail pickup, sorting, and distribution.

• Perform scanning, reprographics, and other document-related tasks to support office activities.

• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.

• Assist with hospitality services such as food setups for meetings and events.

• Restock office supplies, including paper, stationery, and other materials, to ensure availability.

• Provide general facilities support, including shipping and receiving packages.

• Respond to departmental requests for general services support in a timely manner.

• Facilitate the organization and upkeep of office spaces to maintain a high standard of quality. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment.

• Previous experience as an Office Services Associate or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including answering inbound calls and receptionist duties.

• Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.

• Ability to lift and move office supplies or equipment as needed.
