    Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Kettleman City, California, for a contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining shipping paper data in the system while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of operations. This position requires strong attention to detail and effective coordination skills in an office environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input shipping paper data into the computer system with minimal errors.

    • Review and verify the accuracy of processed data to identify and correct discrepancies.

    • Maintain and update reference materials required for key data entry operations.

    • Correct any data entry mistakes to match the details provided in shipping papers.

    • Re-run and adjust input data as needed following batch processing.

    • Ensure compliance with company data entry standards and protocols.

    • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

    • Utilize keyboarding and 10-key skills to perform efficient data entry.

    • Handle office tasks related to shipping and data operations as required.

    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in adherence to office policies. Requirements • High school diploma or GED is required.

    • Up to four years of relevant experience in data entry or clerical roles.

    • Proficiency in keyboarding, including 10-key operation, with high accuracy.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    • Ability to review and correct data entry errors effectively.

    • Familiarity with office functions and shipping paper documentation.

    • Capacity to work in an office setting with occasional physical effort.
