Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing processes, and maintaining positive relationships with commercial clients. Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate posting.

• Handle cash applications and reconcile payments with outstanding invoices.

• Manage commercial collections by communicating with clients to resolve overdue accounts.

• Prepare and issue billing statements while verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Track and analyze cash activity to provide detailed reporting to management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve workflows.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company standards in all receivable functions.

• Maintain organized records of transactions and support audit processes as needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding account inquiries and payment issues. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

• Strong knowledge of cash applications and commercial collections processes.

• Proficiency in billing functions and related financial software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication abilities for interacting with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.

• Adept at managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
