    Robert Half Office Team (White Oak, PA)


    Description

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk professional for tax season in White Oak, PA. Ideally our client is looking to start this candidate mid-end January. This will be a part-time contract position till mid- April. Hours are flexible and they are flexible 20-25 hours per week. Pay: $16-17.

     

    The role focuses on scanning, verifying, and electronically filing tax-related documents (1040s, W2s, investment statements, etc.) while ensuring data accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    Document Imaging: Scan and verify client paperwork.

     

    Data Entry: Review and correct scanned data before entering it into tax software.

     

    File Management: Electronically file scanned documents.

    Qualifications:

    Prior administrative or clerical experience (accounting/tax preferred).

     

    Attention to detail and ability to verify data.

     

    Familiarity with tax software (SurePrep, UltraTax, QuickBooks) is a plus.

     

    Reliable and professional demeanor.

     

    Dress Code: Business casual.

     

    Requirements • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles, with a preference for accounting or tax-related environments.

     

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data for accuracy.

    • Proficiency in scanning and document imaging processes.

    • Familiarity with tax software such as SurePrep, UltraTax, or QuickBooks is an advantage.

    • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage electronic file systems.

    • Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic.
